Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Pete Stanczak Agency is not responsible for any charges, errors, delays, or failed deliveries caused by mobile carriers or third-party service providers.
6. Cancellation and Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us.
Confirmation: After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out request has been processed. You will not receive further SMS messages thereafter.
